Our main office is based in Kuala Belait, Brunei, with 35 staff running the operations.

Office hours are : Monday to Saturday: 7:30 am to 12 noon, 1:00 pm to 5 pm

  Orders, Deliveries and Service Level

Orders can be placed via phone, fax or through our sales men, who will visit customers on weekly basis. Even though we are based in Kuala Belait, our customers in Bandar Seri Begawan (e.g. Royal Brunei Catering, Radisson Hotel) are satisfied that we are able to deliver goods daily, and also to meet their urgent orders.

Deliveries are done daily, using refrigerated vans (5 units) and dry goods van (1 unit), and we commit to (our service level) same day deliveries to Bandar Seri Begawan for orders received before 9 am of the day, (maximum volume of one pallet). For larger volume orders, we would require orders placed at least one day before.
